I agree. Its just another resaon for a stable, national, conservative majority government.The CPC hasn't been playing the coalition card in Quebec, but I think it might be a factor for federalists who don't want a potential PQ Quebec government having separatist allies in the federal government.
Dr. Frenette butchered a very close friend of mine. I stand by this review.
He did a breast reduction and an infection developed which he did not treat it right. He didn't even take a culture. By the time we actually got to proper doctors who specialized in infections, there was a lot damage already done, both physical and psychological. Throughout the ordeal, Dr. Frenette's atitude was condescending and extremely arrogant, in my view. A local attorney thought this was a worthwhile case to pursue for medical malpractice (extremely difficult in Quebec) but my friend could not afford it. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
