Pinecrest Store - Bought a sectional Nov 25 with assurance from salesman it would be in the country by Dec 14 and in our LR by Xmas, latest New Year. Called 15th. Only half was there. Other part would be end of Dec. Next day get a call it's being delivered (happy)... get half a couch without the treatment we paid for (not happy). Other half in early Jan they say. Call again the next week... saleman was no where near as friendly as the last time... sorry, late Jan. Xmas and New Year with half a couch... lied to and very unhappy... brutal service... never again...
Bought a new dining table from Leons at Heron, it was delivered in a damaged box and severe damage to the table at that spot. not impressed.
Service is good, negotiations are not. I had to switch sales people a couple of times to make ends meet. Sean Campbell worked at the Leon's at Pinecrest turn off from the hwy, who helped us with out Savannah Kingsdowne oversized King bed purchase - it was speedy and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Check that bed out - it is ultra comfortable!
Ha! So much for intergity!!! They do not pay minimum wage to their salespeople if they
do not reach their commissions for the week. I know of three people they did this to and they had to take legal action!!
About 3 months ago I bought a new bedset. I really had no idea on what I was looking for and ANDRE helped me.
He is the man! He is an excellent sales man and was great help. I felt very confident about what I was buying specially because of all the information he gave me. Leons is an excellent place, however my parents and I dislike one thing in particular about it. Although the service is great and it is worth your money, It took my parents 5 tries to receive their new bed because the delivery people kept bringing the wrong part. It took me 2 tries to receive my new bad frame because the first time was broke when they took it out of the truck.
Perhaps be a little more careful when driving the products, or just check the merchandise before it goes in the truck?
Leon's has the best selection for dining room sets in Ottawa. My Fiancee and I visited the brick, Mobilia and Dufresne and found nothing to our liking. Besides that, the service was great and my sales rep. was really helpful. Thanks Jeof!!
I bought a new house just recently and i needed brand new furniture from A to B.
I recently had the best service I could expect from a furniture store. My sale agent was very helpful and polite which made it easy for me to take my time on what I really wanted. We went back several times and there was never any real pressure for us to buy. We finally made the choice not because of the service but the price and payment plan was the most attractive.
