Well, I've changed my mind about Apple - the store has a great support staff, but their products aren't that great. Outside of thenice utility of touch screens, you must pay for every utility, and their computers "don't get viruses" is a distraction from the point that their hardware isn't top notch....their prices however, remain ridiculous

Lots of staff there all the time, but sometimes it seems like there aren't enough because it can be hard to get a hold of somebody to get service. Very friendly people though.

The Rideau Centre's Apple Store is located on the 2nd floor across from Dynamite(just down the hall from Eaton's. They have so many staff working there - customer service really is #1 there - including training seminars for their products for free! Most businesses could learn a thing or two following their principles!

Here is something I have been waiting for the last few months; The apple ipad 2, Here are some fine details; same price,2 colors, one third thinner, lighter and faster than the first iPad, dual-cure A5 chip, IOS 4.3 superior 9X faster graphics, 10 hour battery life, gyroscope, two cameras with the face time video calling, HD capabilty, amazing magnetic cover that allows incredible multi-functional purposes, HDMI output,and their improved LED backlighting. More built in features include, photobooth, Improved Safari performance, iTune home sharing, Preference for ipad switch, and Personal hotspot
