The worst property management company in Calgary. A very poor experience with condo manager Elaine Carberry who should not be in the business. Do NOT recommend this company.
Terrible service. We have had 5 service visits thus far and the next one later this week for poor installation and some faulty product out of his manufacturing plant in China. Boards were not pushed together completely before glue applied, transition strips were badly done and now redone 3 times, floor was damaged by them when they attempted to repair transition strips. Out of the 6 visits to our house, the service Manager was the only who ever showed up on time. Usually 1-3 hours late and one day they were 6 hours late. They were paid to remove and re-install baseboards and literally threw them on. They were misaligned and damaged. Service Manager flicked one base board off with his finger. I only submitted one picture, email if you would like to see the next 10 or so.
I have been going to see Dr. Weaver since 2003 and would recommend his clinic to anyone. He has worked with my pain from 3 pregnancies as well as been a great part of a team approach to identifying my low back pain. He strives to keep on schedule but is also responsive to his patients concerns.

Please do not take your vehicle here unless you want to be overcharged for unecessary repairs! I asked for a quote to fix air conditioner and they did not even look at my truck for two weeks, always promising me they were going to get to it the next day. When I called to check up on the quote in the third week Robert said it was fixed and I owed him $650! I said that I wanted a quote and did not authorize the repair, and I have heard about him doing this to other people too! He said that he couldn't charge me $200 for the estimate and not do a repair, so he just went ahead and did it without asking. When I went to pick up the vehicle it had a new problem and the engine was constantly stalling and I could not even drive it away. I told Robert that it did not come in with that problem and asked what was going on, and he said that he did not touch anything? Robert brought out a can of alcohol and sprayed it in an area of the engine when it was running and the problem temporarily went away, and he said that I needed to replace the intake manifold gaskets because there was a leak now and it would cost $300. I was suspicious that he knew exactly where to spray it. I told him that you cannot have a catestrophic gasket failure with the car sitting on the street for three weeks and that he needed to check again. When I went to pick up the car two days later Robert said that it was just the intake manifold bolts were loose and needed to be tightened. I said, "I thought so," and said that I had never heard of 25 lb-ft tightened bolts loosening themselves sitting on the street either. What a scam artist! If I can stop one person from going here, this post was worth writing.
All what i can say is that their Calgary short term suites accommodations are fully furnished and tastefully decorated, and the staff are quite helpful and cordial.
I am a business vacationer, last month for my company's project i had to stay in calgary and i have booked booked furnished suites Calgary which is around 750 sq feet, the apartments are well furnished and quite spacious and you will not feel like you are in a shoebox!
Incredible setting and landscaping. A restful place, a bit out of the center of town. Beautiful public areas, great rooms. Everything works perfectly and is in brand new state as the hotel has only been. I have booked executive suites in downtown Calgary from their website apartmentscalgary.com and every thing was perfect from their end
I went to this office based on a referral, as last year I simply went to the closest office. That was a mistake and this one was not. From now on, referrals only. Oh, I really like the receptionst.
I highly recommend Dr. Dame. He was originally recommended to me by a nurse at the Foothills hospital when I was trying to get an appointment with an ophthalmologist with a 2 year waiting list. I called and got in to see Dr. Dame (optometrist) in a matter of weeks. I have been seeing Dr. Dame for over 10 years and am extremely satisfied with his service. He is personable, thorough and practical. I feel he really listens/hears what I am saying and that he is also good at communicating his findings and treats patients with respect/as equals (all rare for many doctors these days).
Dr. Petryk is an excellent dentist. He is warm and friendly. The service I receive at his office is outstanding!! I have no issues recommending him to all of my friends and family.
It is a very convenient clinic with long buisness hours. The staff is friendly. The clinic seems to have very up to date equipment. Fees are very competitive too. I only paid a small amount to have a root canal as they billed to my insurance for me.
I was very impressed by the brand new facility and the friendliness of the staff. I did not have a major dental issue to deal with, just a regular exam and cleaning. Their fees are very good among that neighbourhood. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Dr Sandhu is a great dentist, very knowledgeable and has a delicate, careful touch. The staff was helpful and friendly. I am usually scared to go to the dentist but they made my visit very easy. Highly recommend this dentist.
Very professional and helpful. Was pregnant for my last appt. and was not pressured to do x-rays or fluoride with the check-up.My husband has been seeing Dr Sabey and his father since he was little and they are a great team.
Dr Cindy Leroux will no longer do physicals any more because according to her secretary a physical takes 40 minutes and a pap takes 10 so no more physicals I guess there is no money in it. I guess my cancer check up will go without. She has been my doctor for 10 yrs and it is ashamed that it is all about the money and not about the care.
The clinic's prices are extremely high compared to some other local clinics. The staff like to say that 'you aren't used to their level of care', therefore, that is why you find their prices high. They push to have your teeth look like the ones on the pictures that are on the wall.
Dr. Evanâs and his team are very professional and considerate. From the initial booking of an appointment and courteous reminders sent via post card type letter in the mail your dental experience is off to a good start. The hygienist is always very thorough and professional. In terms of overall oral health Dr. Evans not only looks at the teeth and gums but also the mechanics of the jaw and mouth to ensure the entire system is working correctly. 43 and still never a cavity!
