I want to thank Dr. Brown for the fantastic results of my rhinoplasty. It has only been two weeks since my surgery and I can't believe how wonderful my nose looks. This procedure has given me total self-confidence and I already have friends telling me how amazing I look. I'm so happy I decided to have this procedure and I recommend Dr. Brown to anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery!
While the esthetician was competent and friendly the overall ambience and service at the spa was poor. The atmosphere feels like a clinic and not a retreat. As a new client I was not offered a brochure, beverage or magazine and sat on a hard chair while waiting for my appointment. During my session in a private room another employee interupted and knocked on the door and requested supplies. The atmosphere is sterile and not relaxing. I would rather pay a little more and go somewhere where you feel pampered.
He was late for appointments that I made with him. He seems to only care about selling products and doesn't disclose fees before service particularly retinal scan. He criticizes patients for not bringing things to the office with them even thought they do not advise you to. Understates the effects of eye drops that dilate eyes.
