I purchased a German Shepherd puppy from BC Canine Training Centre in Richmond in December 2011. The puppy has a heart condition called Ventricular Premature Contractions, which means he could be drop dead any time. Of course we didn't know that until we took him to a vet to get him neutered. Now I can't even neuter him and he has to go through expensive tests and medications.
I try to reach BC Canine to get some kind of support. I left three messages and after they ignored me for three weeks, they finally e-mailed me; " We do not have any guarantees on the puppies that where sold from bc canine." I have never heard any kennel businesses won't reimburse some or all of the money for selling an unhealthy puppies. What a shame. Too bad they wouldn't understand pet business and shouldn't be running one. They do bad business on breeding dogs, then who knows they must do bad business on training or boarding too!!
Says all the right things and puts on a good show before signing a client. Once signed as a client and can't escape, you are relagated to support staff, receive second rate service, slow response and poor advice that lead to multiple deals falling apart in my experience. The team's knowledge is limited to mississauga. Offers to buy your support by offering discounted commissions - be warned that you get what you pay for with this team. They will waste alot of your time , and as in my case, thier procrastination and delays cost me thousands of dollars in extra legal and banking fees . I don"t recommend this team to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and stress-free experience.
This place is a rip off....filled a prescription and the dispensing fees were 7 times higher then they should be. I called and spoke to the manager that just didn't give a crap....i will never go back.
Avoid this optometrist at all cost. My grandma, who is older than 65, should receive her eye examination for free. However, Albert Ng did an "extra" examination for her without telling her it would cost extra. After the examination was done, Albert Ng asked for payment to "cover his cost of the new machine." I advise you to go elsewhere rather than benefit this crook.
So, I saw the sign for eyebrow waxing for 9.99$ and went in. I waited for a bit and then the esthetician Nicole took me. She was really friendly and polite. In about 7 minutes my eyebrows were done and they were CROOKED, MISSHAPEN AND ONE WAS POINTY AND THE OTHER WAS ARCHED AND SHORTER! WHAT A MESS!!! I have no idea where these young girls get their trade school education but honestly it is pitiful. They said they didnt have cound not return my money because they dont have that option at their store and I ended up paying 13$ for messed up HORRIFIC eyebrows and they didnt care as long as they got my money. They did not take responsibility other than saying "Come back tomorrow and Nicole will fix them"...like I want the same person who messed up my eyebrows to begin with actually doing them again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid 13$ of my hard earned dollars for a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! F-
I just ordered a pizza from HOT PIZZA in Greely...Wow..they got the order wrong..then came to get the pizza and refurbished it....they added the missing toppings to the top of the pizza and redelivered it with the piece missing we had tried...That is after arguing with the owner worst service ever.

Italia offers the BEST pizza in Sarnia Lambton. Great crust, great sauce and great pasta as well. Do not judge their lunch pizza slices as they are made for the High School kids.
I just got back home with a estimate which was over 1000$ than lowered due to me not giving them a instant yes, all of the sudden it got lowered to
$999.34... No THANKS! I came in today for a cheap oil change of $19.99 which would of came up to 60$ with out my coupon which i've had. I just had my brakes and rotors done 2 years ago and not even a year ago i've changed my brake pads. I dont see any problems braking whats so ever and i dont feel my brake pads seizing at all. Yet they had the nerve to come to me and tell me i needed....
Front Pads Rotors Replaced, Front Calipers Replaced, Rear Wheel Cylinders replaced and a brake fluid flush to go with it.
They told me its a 3 hour job, but i see here in my estimate labour comes up to 607.70 WOW! Dude my chevy Cavalier isnt even worth that much. So ya just to tell you, my brakes are fine and this is what i get when i get a coupon to change my oil which i shouldnt of had because the oil which i had previously in my engine was just changed almost 2 months ago and it was Castrol. Not some bottom of the barrel crap they put into my car. Its bull shit.

You will never be able to contact them by phone. I purchased a voucher to get my hair done (something similar to this) and I could not reach them by phone for about 3 days straight after my purchase. I thought I was being SCAMED.
Once I got a hold of the receptionist, she she said she was new and that people have been calling for WEEKS and not being able to contact them. Finally, I wanted to book my appointment and she said that the earliest appointment she had was 1 month from that day. Ridiculous!
I called and cancelled my voucher. Unprofessional…..they should be prepared for a high volume of clients but they are obviously thinking about the money and not thier customer service and professionalism. It’s very unfortunate.
They have another promotion going on right now. I tried to add comments to warn voucher buyers, but my comment was erased as well as another review that I had seen earlier. They erased them both because if company doesn't make money, neither do they. It's quite sad actually. People should know this before they buy and not learn the hard way like I did.

I had Dwights Roofing LTD of Edmonton Alberta come and do an estimate on my home and garage. The estimate was $6,600 CAD.
I contracted Dwights Roofing LTD of Edmonton Alberta on June 22nd 2011 to install a new roof on my home and garage.
My roof is a 2/12 low slope roof. On the form we had to sign and mail to them to OK the work, I asked for extra ice shield membrane to be installed in a problem area. We were assured by the office manage Jared that this extra membrane would be installed, and that we would not have to worry about it leaking.
Week after week, we were told by Jared that the roofing crew would be at our home on Tuesday to install the roof. 7 weeks later we were still waiting for the roofing crew to arrive.
Tired of waiting, on August 11th 2011 I called Jared the office manager at Dwights Roofing LTD to advise them I would be away all weekend and to have the crew come after the weekend and do my roof. I advised that if they could not do the roof, I would contract another roofing company to have the work done. I specifically instructed Dwights Roofing LTD not to come to my residence when I was away and when I could not oversee the installation of my new roof.
When Dwights Roofing LTD knew I would be away, and even though I specifically told them not to do my roof when I was away, they sent over Sandhu Contracting LTD to do my roof. We hired Dwights roofing LTD because they had been in the roofing industry here since about 1988, and a member of the BBB since about 1994, so we felt confident in our research of them.
On the other hand, Sandhu Contracting LTD has only been in business a few years, with no BBB credentials, and no proven track record of quality work. A quick google search will reveal what we found about Sandhu Contracting LTD Edmonton.
I was very concerned about the quality of the workmanship from the Sandhu crew, and after a inspection of the roof, on August 15th 2011, I called Dwights Roofing LTD to come over to my house and discuss some issues I had discovered.
My first concern was that the extra ice shield I had asked for and was told I would get, did not get installed.
I was assured it was installed and that there would be no problems.
My second concern was that I had purchased two whirly bird roof vents. One for the top level and one for the bottom level on a two level split.
Instead of putting one on each level, they installed both one one level and did not install any on the second level.
Again, I was told that this was normal, and nothing to be concerned about.
I reiterated that I was concerned about the snow sitting in the valley and was concerned that there was not the extra ice/water shield installed, nor the proper ventilation in the attic to prevent ice damming. (because they didn't install my vent on that level)
I was told by Dwight, the owner of Dwights that there was nothing to worry about and that I should never go on the roof to remove snow as it damages the roof.
Things seemed OK for a while.
Fast forwards a few months to March 04th 2012.
My roof is leaking. It is leaking in the spot that Dwights said they installed the ice shield.
I called and left several voice mails. Finally at 8:30 PM on March 5th 2012, Dwight from Dwights Roofing LTD called me.
After I described the problem, Dwight told me it was my problem, there was nothing he could do about it and now I should go on my roof and shovel it off. When I explained to him I am disabled and can not get up onto roofs and shovel, and asked about the two year warranty he sent me after the job was done, he promptly hung up on me.
I since can not get a hold of Dwights Roofing LTD they will not return my calls.
I got a hold of the ARCA Alberta Roofing Contractors Association. The Roofing association told us Dwights Roofing was not a member, therefore they could not help us with an insurance claim. But suggested one of their accredited roofing inspectors come and do a full inspection. We have an appointment scheduled.
We also have an Insurance adjuster coming to asses the damage.
It would appear this is going to cost us even more money now. Both for the inspection and for the insurance deductible.
I am exploring all legal remedies at this time.
I hope this review can prevent someone else from having the problems we have had after dealing with Dwights Roofing LTD of Edmonton.
I visited Lisa Reid Hearing Centers to try to get my hearing tested and to try some hearing aids. My overall experience was terrible.......
I had trouble finding the real business address. Two of the listings in the directory (and on the website) had closed down. The principle location stated 51 Goulet Street, but on arrival I found it to be a SUBWAY restaurant, despite their being a sign over the door showing Lisa Reid Audiology. If you read the signage, it appears that Lisa Reid offers hearing tests using 6" SUBWAY subs, in SUBWAY's washroom.
In desperation to be on time for the appointment, I called their listed number BUT to my horror, I was placed on-hold for 5 minutes! Eventually, I was given a different (new) address to go to, and when I arrived, this supposed newest of their clinics looked tatty, run-down, and poorly staffed.
I had asked to be seen by Lisa Reid, the owner and Doctor of Audiology as advertised on the radio, but it appears that this Lisa character is purely an actress on the radio. I was passed off to a second-rate staffer who was not even a qualified audiologist.
At this point, I just felt like leaving, but decided to continue as the test had been advertised as free of charge on the internet, and all I had to do was get through a hearing test, which was OK, but the space and equipment did not look very clean, with what looked like ear wax everywhere.
Within 45 minutes I sat with a stunned look on my face having been told that I needed two hearing aids for what I thought was a minor hearing problem. The overall quoted cost was over $7000! Then a further surprise as I left the clinic... They tried to charge me $75 for the test that I had been told would be free.
In the next few days I made inquiries with other hearing centers in the city and found that it is possible to get hearing aids for up to 75% less than their quoted price through a major big-box wholesaler, even if I was not a member.
I have found Award Refacers to be an alright kitchen supplier. They did an ok job by turning the old kitchen in my condo to a clean modern kitchen. I liked the handles they helped me pick and even recommended a tile store where I got their discount and got me a person to put on the tile backsplash .They were recommended by another condo owner whose kitchen they did 3 years ago. Apparently Award did four other kitchens in my complex. I do recommend them. As their prices are reasonable and they do quality work.
Just okay. bought a couple of vouchers so i will be going back but only because of that. my experience wasn't so bad that i won't return. although i found the salon to be dirty, unorganized and inexperienced. I wouldn't be going for anything too skill-demanding because you probably won't find it here. i got the bum's rush, my hair hardly styled or really cut. i had to remind her to do some things before my appointment ended...

I've been coming to the works for over 10 years. This place is da bomb when it comes to burgers and especially this location. Get the Three Ring Binder and the Ashbury Shake. That there is a little slice of heaven.
Incredible setting and landscaping. A restful place, a bit out of the center of town. Beautiful public areas, great rooms. Everything works perfectly and is in brand new state as the hotel has only been. I have booked executive suites in downtown Calgary from their website apartmentscalgary.com and every thing was perfect from their end
I was not satisfied with the overall result. Ivan promised workmanship would be seamless, it was not, too much caulking used, now it's yellowed, edges are not even. Underside not re-faced & you can see where it joins. A big mess was left for me to clean up (they did not use tarps- stove/floors left very dirty, Later i found out they charged too much, neighbours was lower cost & much better workmanship. If i'd do this again I would not use these guys!!
Excellent food! Burgers come with free sauteed mushrooms & fried onions...best I've had. Poutine is also loaded with curds, layered in the middle too. Yum!
My daugthers are signed up in oakville school. Near the end of the course the teachers doesn't show up for a lesson. An hour later my kid gets a text, saying "i just got fired...call the office". This is after closing hours, so the next day I (parent) call and asked the manager what happened and he gets all defensive right off the top. Needless to say I don't tollerate that crap when I'm the customer. Not a good policy to have the instructor text a 17 year old kid after he gets fired...!!!
Against my better judgement, I walked into Joseph's to get my hair cut. Now I know why no one was in the store when I went in. They charged approximately three times what men's hair cut should cost, and in return I received the worst hair cut I've had in years. In summary, the most expensive hair cut I've ever had for the poorest quality. Beyond a rip off, and I have absolutely no idea why these people are still in business. Extremely low quality, the store is run by children, and astoundingly expensive. Would never return even if they paid me to do so. Also it would have been nice if they’d of told me how much it was going to cost before I sat down in the chair so I could have walked away.
Sadly not a great experience. Stylist harried. Coupon for full colour, blow and style does not include a full blow dry- I left salon with wet hair. Stylists are all so rushed barely time to talk or say good bye. Save your money, read reviews.

I was referred to this mechanic (Chen) by a friend. He checked my car and told me that the Oxygen sensor needs to be replaced immediately and this part is very expensive ($160). I agreed as I didn’t know about that part. So he charged me $220 for that part and labor. He also charged me $80 for cleaning the rust off the drums on rear wheels and $15 for air filter (In total $315). I later found out that I was charged way too much for the oxygen sensor and drum cleaning. The oxygen sensor costs $40-$50 and including labor it should not cost more than $80-$90. And cleaning the rust off the rear wheels drums should not cost more than $30-$40. So, the whole repair should have cost around $130-150 while I was charged $315. It was more than a rip-off. I am feeling so irritated as I was charged twice the reasonable amount. I will not go back to that dishonest mechanic and advise you to watch out before you go for your car repair over there.
What a great tool for finding a place to rent. It makes an otherwise tedious process simple. The different apartments and houses for rent are located on the map according to the search features sought - like geographic area, number of bedrooms, rental rate, start date etc.

They lie, they say they didn;t say things they did, they say you never told them things, like changing your phone number etc... and then thy tell you to prove it.
Do not do anything with this agency unless you have a witness. I work for them and I always have someone with me when I speak to them. You need a witness or they will claim all kinds of things. Be very wary!
Natalie treats everyone very bad. She is actually a well know real estate agent. She suffers from some crazy manic or bipolar disorders. She is very crazy and once you have worked with her you`ll know how much bullying she will do.

The quality of lenses... make a big difference. If you go to Walmart you are buying cheap lenses made in China. People spend a long time looking at frames and only a few seconds considering the lenses. You get what you pay for.
Eye exams are free for children and for seniors. Student health plans cover a part of costs. Look for internet deals. That is how I found this store.
These people are very poor at maintaining a suitable living environment. Will not supply funds whatsoever to fix and avert future problems. This is at there Burlington, ON location, Round Tree Manor. Garbage everywhere and drug homes.

Can,t tell you how good my kitchen turned out . Ivan recommended a door that was featured in the showroom. The work was done in 2 days ,they cleaned up and left my wife and i a new looking kitchen . We left that morning for work to return to a dream kitchen . It was not a dream, the price was much cheaper than replacing the cabinets and doors. Yes I would recommend Award and their crew. They also helped me pick a tile back splash ten out of ten. Thanks Ivan

I dealt with Sue on the listing of my home. Based on my listing, she got another listing on our street. She divulged personal financial information regarding my family income to the other listers and spoke negatively about us. This only came to light months later when I ended up getting a job with the other lister and we were discussing our experiences with Sue. I would not recommend her.
Do NOT go here for extensions for the product Great Hair Lengths. I went there for about 2 years. Then I noticed that when I had them put in, they seemed much thinner. I still paid the same price for the bundles. I finally had enough because my hair began to look terrible. Went to another salon where I learned that Salon Ravello was still charging me for the 2 bundles but taking the extensions and cutting them in half. That is why my hair looked thin. Apparently owners of salons are notorious for getting their staff to rip off customers in this way. They were making 50% more on each bundle that I paid for...disgusting....and further to this...perhaps they cannot be trusted when it comes to using any products there?
So looking forwards to having our wedding there!! It is so beautiful and the staff have been professional with us:) Don't let these reviews scare you away :)
Went into this dealership looking to test drive and buy the 2012 Kia Rio 5. We did our research before going to the dealership, and knew the price range we would be paying, and what we were looking at for our monthly payments. When we went to negotiate a price we also asked if he could throw in tires and rims. When Mohammed came back from talking to his manager they had quoted us $7000.00 more then what it was saying online. After the first time going to negotiate a price with the manager he asked for our credit card to make the manager know we were serious about the offer and then to put a deposit down. When we were quoted $7000.00 more than online my boyfriend started questioning where that price was coming from, and all he could say was it dealership fees. When we quoted online we had included the tax and freight and delivery charges in the price, so you mean to tell me there is $7000.00 in dealership fees? They finally came down to the price we wanted after 4 times of Mohammed going in to talk to his manager, by then we were annoyed and we wanted to just take time to think about it, but Mohammed wouldn't let us leave he wanted the sale. He brought us in to talk to his Manager Jason, and we were basically yelled at and talked rudely to. Saying he needed to make money too, and then tried to keep us by lowering the our monthly payments more and more. We refused and asked for our credit cards back, he reached in his shirt pocket and tossed them on the ground. Never again will we return, and will not refer people to that shady dealership!
The best wings in town at the best price. We had heard about it so we stop by after the hockey game. The wings were not over cooked like a lot of places do and it was leaned and good size. I was amazed with their breakfast selection as well.
I came to this restaurant on a discount coupon and would have never found it otherwise. It was fabulous from the moment we entered the restaurant. We presented the coupon and were treated cordially. The prix fixe menu consist of a 5 course meal and a 9 ounce glass of house red wine. To say the least, everything was exceptional right down to the desert but the highlight of the night was their filet mignon. We were at the Keg a few nights before and their steaks were a fraction of the quality we relieved from La Favorita. ( We were a party of eight at the Keg, and none of us took exception to their meal) When we finished, the owner Nick did the quality control and we graciusly discussed our experience. He was happy with the coupon arrangement and pleased with some of the new customers he retained after their first visit. He finished our night by offering us 2 complimentary after dinner drinks. We will certainly be back with our friends.

We thoroughly enjoy our dinner here. I love the concept that you can see your steak cooked in the vestibule at the center of the restaurant. Their service was a little poor. The waiter ask us for drinks the moment we got there, than didn't come back until15 minutes later. Besides that, evevything else was pretty good.
I will take Wendy's over MacDonald's any time. Their burgers taste like they have real beef and the servers are smarter than the kids they have working at MacDonald's.
